TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Welcome to DigiKundali, a brand of CosmicCues (OPC) Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). DigiKundali is an online store for AI-generated Vedic astrology reports. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://digikundali.com and any related pages we operate (the "Website"), and the reports and related services offered through them (the "Services").

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or buy a report.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may change these Terms. The date above is the date of the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the changed Terms.

2. The service

DigiKundali sells a curated set of AI-generated Vedic astrology PDF reports for informational, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes. A report is prepared from the birth details you submit and from the report type you select. Reports are in English.

There is no customer account and no dashboard. You do not sign in. The email address you give on the order is the address to which the PDF and the invoice are sent.

Sample or catalogue text is illustrative. The finished report may differ in headings and length because it is generated for the details of that order.

3. Who may buy

You must be able to form a contract under Indian law. If you submit birth details for another person, you confirm that you have that person's consent to submit those details and to receive a report about them.

4. How an order is placed

4.1 Choose the report. On the home page, choose a category and then a report. A year report covers one year from the date of purchase. A monthly report covers one month from the date of purchase. The price shown includes GST.

4.2 Give the details. In the order form, give the billing details: your name, email, mobile number, and state for GST. Then give the name, gender, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth of the person the report is for. A matching report requires two such sets of birth details.

4.3 Agree and pay. You must agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer before payment. Payment is taken by Razorpay. We share with Razorpay the details needed to take the payment, which may include your name, email, mobile number, order amount, and order reference. Razorpay may contact you about that payment.

4.4 Price. The selling price is calculated on our server from the product price, any current discount, and GST. The browser does not set the price.

5. Accuracy of the details you submit

You are responsible for the billing details and the birth details. The report is generated from what you submit. We are not liable for a report that is wrong because the name, date, time, or place was wrong or incomplete. A refund is not given for an error in the details you submitted.

6. Delivery

After Razorpay confirms the payment, we email the PDF report to the email address on the order. We aim to send it within one hour of that confirmation. The PDF is not password protected. An invoice or payment confirmation may be sent to the same address.

There is no account page on which to read or download the report later. Keep the email and the PDF.

7. Refunds

A refund may be requested only if the PDF was not emailed within two hours of successful payment.

The request must be made through the contact form on the Website, and only within 48 hours of the payment. The request must say that the report was not received, and must include the order reference, the email used on the order, and the approximate time of payment.

We do not refund for subjective dissatisfaction, a difference of opinion about the reading, a minor mistake, or an error caused by the details you submitted.

If the request meets these conditions, we will review it and write to you. If we accept it, we will start the refund within 7 days of telling you that we have accepted it. The refund is made through the original payment route where that route allows it.

8. How long we keep a report

If no refund request is received for an order, we delete the generated report from our servers within 96 hours of the payment. After that deletion we cannot resend the report. This is why the email is the delivery.

If a refund request is open, we may keep the report and the related order details until the request is decided.

Billing details and the record of the product sold are kept for 7 years for tax, audit, and legal compliance. Those records are not the report.

9. Contact and grievances

General questions, refund requests, and grievances go through:

Contact form: the contact page on https://digikundali.com
Email: contact@digikundali.com
Telephone: 08069378132

There is no dashboard path for a refund or a grievance.

A grievance about a report, including a refused refund, must be sent in writing through the contact form or to contact@digikundali.com within 21 days of the payment. Give the order reference and the reason.

Grievance Officer
Email: grievance.officer@cosmiccues.com
Telephone: 08069378132

Please register the grievance through the contact form or contact@digikundali.com first. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and aim to dispose of it within 15 days, as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. In short: the birth details are used to calculate the chart and to generate the report; the billing details are used for the invoice, GST, and the 7-year compliance record; the email is used to send the PDF and any message about that order. By placing the order you consent to that processing. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The Website, the brand, the report method, and the PDF generated for an order belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable law.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to keep and read the PDF that was generated for your order. You may not sell, republish, or commercially exploit the report, the Website, or any part of either, without our written consent.

12. Nature of the reports

The reports are for informational, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. They are produced by software, including large language models, and can be incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee an outcome in career, money, health, relationships, or any other part of life. You use a report at your own risk.

Our Disclaimer and the page "About Our AI Reports" are part of these Terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent Indian law allows, the Company and its owner, officers, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from the Website or a report.

Our total liability for direct loss arising from one report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report.

This limit does not apply to liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Your responsibility to us

You will indemnify the Company against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, a misuse of the Website, birth details you were not entitled to submit, or your reliance on a report.

15. Stopping the service

We may refuse or cancel an order, or block use of the Website, if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order before the report is sent, we will refund the amount paid.

16. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. A dispute that cannot be settled by writing to us will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement, or failing agreement as that Act provides. The seat and venue are Bengaluru. The language is English. Subject to that, the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Use from outside India

If you use the Website from outside India, you consent to your order data being processed in India under Indian law and these Terms.

18. Prohibited use

You must not use the Website to break the law, harm a minor, send spam, impersonate another person, probe or disrupt our systems, introduce malware, or scrape the Website without our written consent. You must not use an automated tool to place orders or to extract reports or catalogue text in bulk.

19. The other policies

The Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, the Cookie Policy, and the page describing our AI reports are part of these Terms. If a customer-facing sentence on the home page is shorter than these Terms, these Terms prevail.
